The conduct and treatment we get from the Nigerian policemen leaves us with nothing but wonder wether the citizens have any right whatsoever. But as I was searching through the net I got linked to your blog and other social media contacts. And perusing through the article u wrote on that platform restored some confidence that I still have a civil right even though it is on paper and not effective in reality. So now my plea is; where can one get all the info about civic right in this country and as it regards its relationship with the Nigerian police excesses. Thanks my name is Chidi. Reply Get the Nigerian Constitution and read chapter two and four. There you have the socio-economic rights and fundamental rights.Thank you.
